Five Minute Friday - Waking Up

Waking up on a Friday morning is difficult. I roll over and smack my phone and hit the 5 minute snooze button. How appropo. 5 minutes of sleeping in on a 5 minute Friday. I roll over again and half way sit up knowing that a full day is ahead of me. I open my eyes and stare. I'm not sure at what. I half sit up and try to stay awake. I look at my phone again. Two more minutes of bliss. Two more minutes of not having responsibilities. Two more minutes of laying in my warm bed with the bright light streaming in my window. I sit up and think about what has to be done today. My two minutes are consumed by the thoughts of what will come today. My phone buzzes and I turn the alarm off. I roll out of bed and begin my day.

END 5 minutes.

I'm linking up here!

NIPTO, Day 350

You know how sometimes you get to that point at night where you have a headache and too much to do before you go to bed and you just want to cry? Yeah, well I'm at that point.
Here's a quick rundown of my day: Got up this morning and got ready. Went to church. Church went: band practice, 1st service worship, sunday school, last song, sunday school, 2nd service, talked to people, went to Kent, ate lunch with Hannah, drove home, relaxed a little bit, skyped with Katie for a long while, worked on some homework, ate a tiny bit, went to youth group (which was fantastic! And I recorded... yay! Even I want to listen to it again :). Cleaned up the youth room a bit, looked at some of BK's advertising stuff, came home, watched last week's Chuck, finished my homework, and here I am.

Alright. NIPTO.
1 Timothy 3:1-7
1 Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task.

Whoever wants to be a manager (overseer, deacon, pastor) wants to do a noble job. Simple, eh?

2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect. 5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?)

This person has to be an  honorable person. One who is above reproach, faithful to their spouse, controlled, welcoming, has the ability to teach, not a drunkard, is gentle, doesn't argue and doesn't love money. That is a HIGH standard. This person must also be able to manage their family well. He should "see that his children obey him" and he needs to do that in such a way as garners respect. If someone doesn't know how to take care of their immediate family, how can they take care of the extended family of God, that is, the church?

6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. 7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.

This person should be a long-time Christian. If they aren't, they could easily become conceited, which, as heard in Pastor Mike's sermon today, is a legitimate concern. This person should also have a good reputation with people not from teh church so that they won't be disgraced.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. That was a half scream half sigh of contentment. Well, not really contentment. Because my contacts are bothering me, I have a headache, and still need to take a shower along with getting completely ready for bed.
Hello not getting 8 hours of sleep on a school night. How dare you keep me up late, homework... or something.
I'm going to bed now. I'm having problems typing, which means I should definitely sleep.
G'night.

P.S. please excuse any spelling errors that I did not catch. Like I said, it's late.
Goodnight, again.

NIPTO, Day 335

OH my lanta. I am tired and sore. The Great American Chicken Hunt was AMAZING. I will post about it tomorrow. For the moment, I want to blog and go to bed. I haven't slept since I woke up this morning. Wait, that's a lie. I slept a little bit in the car on the way to the airport to drop Katie off this afternoon. So yeah, I'm tired. And we're doing music tomorrow. So I'm going to try to be in bed by 9:30. I think that'd be the earliest I've been in bed in... a year or two? Crazy.

NIPTO!

Colossians 3:18-4:1
18 Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.

Wives are to obey their husbands and submit to them as is fitting in the Lord. That means that women shouldn't "submit" themselves to the point of abuse. Husbands in turn are to love their wives. Paul tells them to be gentle with their wives!

20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged.

Kiddos. Children are to obey their parents. In everything. Because our parents know best. And it makes God happy.
Parents (fathers specifically?) shouldn't "embitter" or aggravate their children. That leads to discouragement in children which is not encouraged.

22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord.

Slaves then, workers (?) now. I'll say it's people with jobs. Or any kind of task that has an overseer. We, as those people, need to obey whoever is over us in whatever they tell us to do. And do it. And do it when they're not watching you. Not just because they are watching you. Do it because you're working for God.  ---> next verse.

23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. 25 Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism.

What we do we need to do with all of our heart. We need to have a mindset of working for God, not for whoever's in charge of what we're doing. We should do this because we'll receive an inheritance from God as a reward because we're actually serving him.
Verse 25 is pretty straight forward. I'll let you figure it out for yourself ;)

1 Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven.

Masters! Bosses... Provide what is right and fair for your workers. Bosses aren't the boss of the world. They too have a boss in heaven!

A'ight. I'm going to eat something yummy (I'm thinking brownie trifle) and watch an episode of Make It or Break It.
Adios a mis lectores! (Goodbye my readers:)

NIPTO, Day 256

Hi.

I'm tired today.

Alpha was good yesterday. We talked about satan's schemes. And how to combat them with the armor of God. I think next week will focus more on the armor of God.

I stood around and talked to Don and Keith after because Erin had to talk to Pastor Jennifer about something and Erin's my ride home, soo yeah. That was kind of fun. They're funny guys.
Came home, watched the very end of Survivor, watched Monday's Chuck and then went to bed. It was GREAT!
I slept for... 9 1/2 hours. Gloooorious. I love sleep. It was good.
Got up, ate breakfast, and did school. Watched Pushing Daisies (Season 2, Ep. 1) during lunch. Did the ACT drill... and now I'm blogging. And listening to Dave Ramsey. Yaaaay! I babysit in about an hour... sooo NIPTO.

Hosea 11:1-11
1 "When Israel was a child, I loved him,
and out of Egypt I called my son.

This chapter is about God's love for Israel.
When Israel was young, God loved them. He called them out of Egypt and claimed them as his family.

2 But the more I called Israel,
the further they went from me.
       They sacrificed to the Baals
and they burned incense to images.

3 It was I who taught Ephraim to walk,
       taking them by the arms;
       but they did not realize
it was I who healed them.

4 I led them with cords of human kindness,
       with ties of love;
I lifted the yoke from their neck
and bent down to feed them.

The more God called them, though, the more they pulled away from God.
He taught Ephraim to walk. Like a parent teaches a baby. Ephraim didn't realize that God healed them, that he "led them with cords of human kindness." He lifted a yoke from their neck and fed them himself.
Ungrateful little wretches. (Aren't we ungrateful little wretches too, though? Yeah. We are.)

5 "Will they not return to Egypt
and will not Assyria rule over them
       because they refuse to repent?

6 Swords will flash in their cities,
will destroy the bars of their gates
and put an end to their plans.

7 My people are determined to turn from me.
Even if they call to the Most High,
he will by no means exalt them.

Because they refused to repent of their sins, they would return to Egypt and be ruled over by Assyria. Swords would put an end to their plans.
They were determined to turn and run from God. Even if they called on God, he wouldn't  honor them. By no means.

8 "How can I give you up, Ephraim?
How can I hand you over, Israel?
How can I treat you like Admah?
How can I make you like Zeboiim?
       My heart is changed within me;
       all my compassion is aroused.

God asks how he could give up Ephraim and hand them over to Israel, treat them like Admah, or make them like Zeboiim.
God was all about carrying out his wrath against them, but he changed and was compassionate.

9 I will not carry out my fierce anger,
nor will I turn and devastate Ephraim.
For I am God, and not man—
       the Holy One among you.
I will not come in wrath.

God wouldn't carry out his anger against Ephraim. Because he was God, and not man, the only holy hone in their midst, he wouldn't come in wrath. Exciting! haha

 10 They will follow the LORD;
he will roar like a lion.
       When he roars,
his children will come trembling from the west.

 11 They will come trembling
       like birds from Egypt,
       like doves from Assyria.
I will settle them in their homes,"
       declares the LORD.

The nations would follow the LORD. He will roar like a lion (ASLAN! YEAH BUDDY!). And when he roars, his children will come to him, trembling. Like birds from Egypt or doves from Assyria. They be settled in their homes by God.

Amazing. Well... It's almost time for me to go babysit... soooo I'll be back tomorrow! More from Hosea comin' your way :)
Have a good one! (Even if it did just start to rain where I am...)

NIPTO, Day 222

Today was... longish.
I did school. That wasn't long. I finished around 12:30. And then read the PSAT book for a while after lunch. Then I babysat. From about 3:30-5:30. Annnnd came home, ate dinner, put my pawprints on my face and headed over to the stadium for the football game. Took pictures because it was Senior Night for all of the athletes. I took like, 100 pictures of that. It was quite insane. Annnnd I got a musical note airbrushed on my arm. It looks sweet. Minus the fact that it's rubbing off.
I walked around with my friend Ricky for a while... we found two of his friends, Abby and Shawna (such funny people!), and talked to them for a while. Then Kayt&her boyfriend, Jason, got there and we stood around and talked and eventually sat down and watched the halftime show. Then we went to attack band people, because we're cool like that.
And we walked around for a while. Ricky disappeared. Then he came back. And he had these.
If you can't tell, they say "homecoming? :)"
And it was super sweet. And the cupcakes were good. And we handed them out to random people. It was great. :) (I'm still working on an answer about homecoming... I'll let y'all know when there's an answer.)
We just kinda hung out for a while. Ricky&Jason talked Boy Scouts and Kaytee and I had facial-expression conversations. It was great. Mr. Nay gave Jason a talking to. hahah I love Mr. Nay. He's fantastic.

Then Kayt, Jason, and I hung out Kayt's house for a while. I came home eventually (=P) and Mom and Dad were watching The Cosby Show. It was the awesome one that had a bunch of flashbacks. Including the one where they were singing to the grandparents for their anniversary and Rudy does the "Baby!" part. And it's awesome. I should find it. (I can't embed it, but here's the link if you really want to watch it. It's amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE The Cosby Show! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSvGdfOfLFw&feature=channel)

Here's a video. Owl City (aka Adam Young) is amazing.

And now... onto Joshua? I think so. I love Joshua. Have I mentioned that? Didn't think so. I'll say it again. I love Joshua! :)

Joshua 2:1-24
1 Then Joshua son of Nun secretly sent two spies from Shittim. "Go, look over the land," he said, "especially Jericho." So they went and entered the house of a prostitute named Rahab and stayed there.

Joshua sent some men to go ahead to scout. So they went to Jericho and stayed in Rahab's house. Rahab was a prostitute. 'Nuff said? Yeah.

2 The king of Jericho was told, "Look! Some of the Israelites have come here tonight to spy out the land." 3So the king of Jericho sent this message to Rahab: "Bring out the men who came to you and entered your house, because they have come to spy out the whole land."

The king heard that there were a couple guys out scouting. And so he sent a message to Rahab telling her bring the men to him.

4 But the woman had taken the two men and hidden them. She said, "Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they had come from. 5 At dusk, when it was time to close the city gate, the men left. I don't know which way they went. Go after them quickly. You may catch up with them." 6 (But she had taken them up to the roof and hidden them under the stalks of flax she had laid out on the roof.)

Rahab took the men and hid them. She then told the messenger guy that she had had the guys in her house, that she didn't know where they had come from, and that she didn't know where they went when they "left."
They were hiding on her roof.

7 So the men set out in pursuit of the spies on the road that leads to the fords of the Jordan, and as soon as the pursuers had gone out, the gate was shut.

Ahahahahaha. So the guys went out of the city to find them, and the gates shut as soon as they left. Stinks for them if they want to get back in.

8 Before the spies lay down for the night, she went up on the roof 9 and said to them, "I know that the LORD has given this land to you and that a great fear of you has fallen on us, so that all who live in this country are melting in fear because of you. 10 We have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red Sea for you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to Sihon and Og, the two kings of the Amorites east of the Jordan, whom you completely destroyed. 11 When we heard of it, our hearts melted and everyone's courage failed because of you, for the LORD your God is God in heaven above and on the earth below. 12 Now then, please swear to me by the LORD that you will show kindness to my family, because I have shown kindness to you. Give me a sure sign 13 that you will spare the lives of my father and mother, my brothers and sisters, and all who belong to them, and that you will save us from death."

Before they went to sleep for the night, Rahab came upstairs and talked to them a little bit. They had heard what God had promised them. They heard what had gone down at the Red Sea. What they did to two kings of a nearby city.
When the people heard those things, they got weak at the knees. Rahab wanted to know that they would be kind to her and her family because she had been nice to them. She wanted a sure sign.

14 "Our lives for your lives!" the men assured her. "If you don't tell what we are doing, we will treat you kindly and faithfully when the LORD gives us the land."

They promised their lives. They promised that they would treat them well. And that they would be kind to them when God gave them the land.

15 So she let them down by a rope through the window, for the house she lived in was part of the city wall.16 Now she had said to them, "Go to the hills so the pursuers will not find you. Hide yourselves there three days until they return, and then go on your way."

She lowered them out the window and out of the city and told them where to hide and for how long.

17 The men said to her, "This oath you made us swear will not be binding on us 18 unless, when we enter the land, you have tied this scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down, and unless you have brought your father and mother, your brothers and all your family into your house. 19 If anyone goes outside your house into the street, his blood will be on his own head; we will not be responsible. As for anyone who is in the house with you, his blood will be on our head if a hand is laid on him. 20 But if you tell what we are doing, we will be released from the oath you made us swear."
21 "Agreed," she replied. "Let it be as you say." So she sent them away and they departed. And she tied the scarlet cord in the window.

The men told her that the promises they made wouldn't be valid when they returned unless there was a certain scarlet cord tied in her window.
And they said that she should bring her family into the house. And if they stayed in the house then they would be okay. But if not, it's their own bloody (literally) fault.
She agreed to what they were saying and then they went away. And she tied that scarlet cord in her window.

22 When they left, they went into the hills and stayed there three days, until the pursuers had searched all along the road and returned without finding them. 23 Then the two men started back. They went down out of the hills, forded the river and came to Joshua son of Nun and told him everything that had happened to them. 24 They said to Joshua, "The LORD has surely given the whole land into our hands; all the people are melting in fear because of us."

They did what Rahab said and got back to camp okay. They told Joshua what had happened and Joshua assured them that the LORD would give the land into their hands.
So awesome.

And now I'm about to fall asleep at the computer typing this. Like, almost literally. I have to be up early for the Practice PSAT (Am I the only person who studies for this test? Probably. =P)
A'ight. I'm too tired to go get my signature, so for now it's going to be what it is. G'night everyone!

NIPTO, Day 60

A post in which I cover dessert, driving, lock-ins, TOMS, home-schooling, school-homing, and NIPTO.

Mmmmmmmm. I love Chocolate Heath Blizzards from Dairy Queen. They're the best. I can't wait to have another one in a week! (For my birthday!!)

Sooo I turn 16 in a week. With 16 comes TEMPS!
My mom thinks I need to study for my temps test.
My best friend doesn't think I need to study.
I'm not sure about what my dad thinks...
But I don't think I need to study.
But I'm reading the "Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws" anyways. WOOT. heh. Not. It's not that great. I feel like I already know everything... (I'm 16 and I know everything-Tony Marette) But I know I don't sooooo yeah... hopefully I'll be able to get my temps sometime next week! Maybe next Wednesday? That would be sweet! =P I've been wanting to learn how to drive foreverrrrr. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to freak out once I actually get behind the wheel and start driving. Ya know?

Pirates vs Ninjas is tomorrow! I'm excited. I'm captain of the Ninja team... Yeah. I know. I'mma beast. (or not...) It should be a good time! I really need to make an effort to get enough sleep because I can feel the start of a tiny bit of a cold coming on. NOOOOO. I hate being sick.

Today was TOMS Shoes' A Day Without Shoes day. I participated. I haven't worn shoes all day. I even went on a walk in about 45 degree weather w/o shoes. My mom told me I was going to get sick. I didn't tell her that I could tell I was getting sick before  I walked... she doesn't read this as far as I know... maybe she should start reading it! haha. But it was good. My neighbors asked me what the heck I was doing without shoes on! And I told them about TOMS and whatnot. It's cool. I hope that today raised a lot of awareness. (How cool would it be to actually work for TOMS and have to not wear shoes to work!)

We are THAT Family posted something last night about being a home-schooling Mom. Her kids go to public school, but she still teaches them at home. It reminded me of something that my sister posted on Facebook last weekish. It was from The Onion. And it was about Parents Opting to Have Their Children School-Homed. Here's the article if you want to read it. I think it's kind of hilarious... yet sadly true. Thoughts anyone?

Ah sweet NIPTO. We meet again. Late at night... again. We really need to stop meeting late at night. It's not like we have anything we're trying to hide. I'd much rather meet in the morning, but, unfortunately, I've been lazy. I promise that I will try very hard to wake up at 6:30 tomorrow to meet with you. I promise I will try. But there are no guarantees.
Love,
Abby

Matthew 27:57-28:20
Matthew 27:63-"Sir," they said, "we remember that while he was still alive that the deceiver said, 'After three days I will rise again.'"

So interesting. They call him 'the deceiver.' That's generally a name reserved for Satan. It's just so weird to have it used in reference to Jesus. Jesus was perfect. He never deceived anyone. (Well, except when he didn't reveal himself to people, but he didn't make people think he was actually someone else!) Just interesting, eh?

Revelation 1:10-On the Lord's Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet.

Sooo Sunday? (The Lord's Day?) John was in the Spirit. What exactly does that mean? Was it all a vision? Was he physically taken somewhere? Was only his spirit taken? I don't know. Those are questions I won't know the answers to until heaven... unless anyone has some answers of what they think! (hint hint... comment!) I think tomorrow I'll post who the voice was... (You could read the rest of Revelation 1 and "ruin" the suspense, but I'll leave it till tomorrow. It'll be tomorrow morning *crosses fingers*)

OKAY. NOW: SLEEP. YAY! I like sleep. But I don't love sleep... most of the time. I love God more than sleep and that's all that really matters, right? hah

G'night!

NIPTO, Day 51

I officially had to guard the candy sources in my house today. My sister was doing homework and the M&M's were locked in the bathroom, and she gave me her Whoppers Robin Eggs for me to guard... I think that it was a little out of hand... but she got her homework done!

Holy week: the week leading up to Easter. Consists of Maundy (not sure if I spelled that right) Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday. The last week of Lent.

Today I am reading about:

The authority of Jesus questioned: Matthew 21:23-27, Mark 11:27-33, Luke 20:1-8

Jesus was smart. He didn't give out answers willy-nilly. He made people think... or pay in some way or another. The chief priest, teachers of the law, and the elders asked Jesus where he got his authority. He didn't give them an answer, nooo. He asked them a question with a condition: If they answer, he would give them his answer. Was John's baptism from heaven or men. Well... they couldn't say from heaven because Jesus would rebuke them and ask why they didn't believe John. But they couldn't say from men because the people believed that John was a prophet... they would stone them. So the told Jesus that they didn't know. Jesus: "Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things" -Luke 20:8

Jesus teaches in the temple: Matthew 21:28-23:39, Mark 12:1-44, Luke 20:9-21:4

I would like to reiterate the fact that Jesus was smart. He spoke directly to certain groups, and they knew it. The parable about the vineyard and the workers for example. They knew it was being "preached" at them. They started to plan&plot how they were going to kill Jesus, but the were afraid of the people. This shows how influential Jesus was in my opinion. If the people in charge were afraid of what the lower class people would do, you have someone influential on your hands. That was a problem for the "teachers of the law" and the priests.  A problem that will shortly be remedied. (Princess Bride anyone?)

Jesus anointed: Matthew 26:6-13, Mark 14:3-9, John 12:2-11

I decided to see what Google has to say about Nard. Nard is the perfume that "a woman," Mary, poured over Jesus. It says in John that it was about a pint. A pint is a lot of perfume when it comes to perfume. I remember talking about this section in Sunday School last year around this time I think. Matt, our sunday school teacher, asked if anyone had any kind of perfume on them. I had some Bath&Body Works peach body spray. I sprayed like... 5 squirts into the air. The room reeked of peach body spray. (They didn't like me very much...) But imagine a whole pint of perfume being poured over Jesus' head. That room had to smell. Google took me to a site that had some information about nard. It says that it "has intense, warm, fragrant, musky notes, similar to the aromas of humus." Mmmmm... humus... interesting, eh?

Another thing that Matthew and Mark record is that Jesus says that it was "a beautiful thing" that she did to him. I'm pretty sure that if I were one of the disciples, I would've been kinda mad at Mary. That perfume was expensive. It says it was worth a year's wages. That is a ton of money today. But the disciples didn't realized that what she was doing was very symbolic. She was anointing him for his burial. (He probably still smelled like the perfume when he was buried... heh.) No one would have been expecting his death except for Jesus. Sure he warned them about it, but none of them took him seriously. But Mary apparently knew something. I don't know how, but she did.

It is now LATE... again. But it was totally worth it to stay up "late" and do that. I mean... it's only 10-to-midnight... that's not that bad... I should get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep =P
I'm going to see The Blind Side at the dollar theater in North Canton tomorrow. It should be fun. I told my mom today "We're going to see 2 movies in the same week... how weird is that?!?" It really is strange for our family... the last movie I saw before Alice In Wonderland was Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince at the dollar theater... that was like, last fall. Crazy. Well, it should be a fun day!

Keep thinking about the "reason for the season" as they say around Christmas. The reason is almost more important. If Jesus hadn't died for our sins, there's no knowing where we'd be now...
Have a good... day? night? time of day...

NIPTO, Day 44

I've decided that when you're half-asleep, you can come up with some pretty strange excuses... for example, this morning, my alarm went off and I kind of woke up and felt awake. I reasoned with myself that I should definitely hit snooze and go back to sleep because I felt way too awake... Oh dear. Then the hitting the snooze button about 3 more times ensued... then I finally gave in and woke up. I'm thinking about going to bed early tonight... Weird. =P

Acts 12:9-Peter followed [the angel] out of the prison, but he had no idea that what the angel was doing was really happening; he thought he was seeing a vision. This chapter tells the story of Peter's escape from prison. It's crazy. But it really happened. It reminds me of a story from The Heavenly Man. A story about Brother Yun, who wrote the book. He was in a high-security prison. He was crippled and couldn't walk. He had to be carried by other prisoners when he had to be interrogated. One day one of his fellow brothers in Christ who was in prison with him, told him that he should escape. I don't remember everything, but I do know that Yun got up and walked out of the prison. Mind you, he hadn't been able to walk for... months? But he was healed and walked out through several sets of doors that are normally locked. He walked through the courtyard that had security guards in it, out the front gates, and into a taxi. Insane.

Proverbs 23:12-Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge. It doesn't say to apply your mind to instruction. It says to apply your heart. I think that as a student, I apply my mind to instruction, but I don't apply my heart. In my heart I don't want to do the work. I think this is going to be my verse of the day. :)

Revelation 21:7-He who overcome will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. When we put our trust in God, we are added to the family. And when we're added to the family, we receive our portion of the inheritance of God. It's sweet.

Who I am in Christ: I am part of a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a purchased people (1 Peter 2:9). A chosen generation. My generation is going down hill. But God has chosen us. Those of us who are His will be lights. BRIGHT lights. And that is crazy awesome.

It's time for me to do schooooool now... but I'm starting my day thinking about Proverbs 23:12 and who I am in Christ. That makes things good. Really good.
