NIPTO, Day 243

Today. Was. Another. Long. Day.

Did school. Babysat. Played football while babysitting. Came home, ate dinner, went to the football game! Hung out with Shawna, Abby, and Amanda during quarters 1-3 and Meghan during the 4th quarter. All of those people are very funny. I like them :)

Annnnd now I'm home. Green won, byyyy the way. Homecoming game too! So that was exciting.

Joshua 24:28-33
28 Then Joshua sent the people away, each to his own inheritance.

Simple enough? Joshua sent them away. With their inheritances. The end? Not quite.

29 After these things, Joshua son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died at the age of a hundred and ten. 30 And they buried him in the land of his inheritance, at Timnath Serah in the hill country of Ephraim, north of Mount Gaash.
Joshua died. At the age of 110. He was ollllld.
They buried him in the land of his inheritance. Pretty simple...

31 Israel served the LORD throughout the lifetime of Joshua and of the elders who outlived him and who had experienced everything the LORD had done for Israel.

32 And Joseph's bones, which the Israelites had brought up from Egypt, were buried at Shechem in the tract of land that Jacob bought for a hundred pieces of silver from the sons of Hamor, the father of Shechem. This became the inheritance of Joseph's descendants.

33 And Eleazar son of Aaron died and was buried at Gibeah, which had been allotted to his son Phinehas in the hill country of Ephraim.

Israel served God while Joshua was alive. For the most part. But yeah.
They buried Joseph's bones at Shechem. And Aaron's son Eleazar died and was buried as well.
Depressing, eh? Yeah.

Tomorrow... on my blog? Begins me blogging through.... drum roll please... Hosea!
And tomorrow in my life? That's crazy: Practice PSAT(/NMSQT), driving Dad to Boston Mills and back to get his packet for the marathon that he's running on Sunday, and doing my nails and Meg's nails and getting ready for homecoming, pictures, dinner, homecoming, and sleep.
Soooo that'll be my day. And it shall be fun. And crazy.
I'm excited. But I'm going to go to bed now so that can all happen without me dropping dead on the floor from exhaustion.
So g'night all!
